The Reunion of the Century!

Graduates of the class of 1996 (from left) – Howard Lomax, D.D.S , Rita Cammarata, D.D.S., Brian Machart, D.D.S., and Julie Long, D.D.S., enjoy food, drinks and laughs during the Centennial Bash. The friends said they hadn’t seen each other in some time and enjoyed the chance to catch up on each others' lives.

The UTDB Centennial Bash was nothing less than the Reunion of the Century! More than 500 people crowded into the George R. Brown Convention Center, Feb. 18, for food, music and pure fun.

The Dental Branch hosted the reunion as a special event during the Greater Houston Dental Society’s Star of the South annual meeting. A joyous time was had by all, from the classes of the 2000s to alumni of the 1940s, as well as faculty, staff and students. Reuniting felt so good!

Visit the UTDB Centennial Web site (http://www.db.uth.tmc.edu/Centennial/index.htm) in the coming days for a complete story and photo collage from the event.
