The Dental Branch is hosting two summer programs this year
for potential dental and medical students that will place
new faces in the building.
As part of the Summer Medical and Dental Education program,
eighty-two students will be on the campuses of the Dental
Branch and the Medical School through July 7. These students
are undergraduate sophomores and juniors who hope to become
more academically prepared to apply for dental and medical
school. They will be in classes at the Dental Branch on Tuesdays
and Thursdays.
The second group is 20 students who are a part of the Summer
Enrichment Program, which is designed to introduce college
students to the dental school environment and curriculum,
along with the application and interview process. These students
will be on campus throughout June. Please welcome our potential
students and colleagues to the Dental Branch.
