Take note of the following points and your first office visit to the UT Dentists clinic will be much smoother:

• Be able to communicate your dental problems and/or symptoms associated with those problems.
• Be able to communicate any major health conditions or problems you have experienced in the past.
• Bring as much information and documentation from other dental clinics as possible, such as doctor’s notes, x-rays, etc. These are especially needed for second opinions.
• Ask questions -- What will today's visit cost me?, What does my dental insurance cover?

The  UT Dentists clinic is a fee-for-service dental office. All forms of payment are accepted - credit cards, checks, cash. All insurances are accepted. However, Delta Dental is the only in-network insurance provider. The use of any other insurances will require payment at the time of service, which can then be reimbursed by your insurance company at your contracted rate.
