Two from UTSD appointed to Pediatric Dentistry editorial board

Associate Professor Jennifer Hill, DDS, DrMedDent, PhD, and Professor Catherine Flaitz, DDS, MS, have been appointed to three-year terms on the 31-member editorial board of Pediatric Dentistry, the official publication of the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry and the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry. Previously, Hill was an ad hoc reviewer for the journal.

For Flaitz, it is a reappointment for another term. Both faculty members have the distinction of being dual-trained dental specialists. Hill is a pediatric dentist and orthodontist, while Flaitz is a pediatric dentist and oral and maxillofacial pathologist.
