The “Students of Distinction” display outside the Library and Learning Commons on the 4th floor of UT School of Dentistry has been updated to honor third-year dental student Katie Sowa and senior dental hygiene student Kellie Frnka. The display includes brief biographical information and photos of both students, who were nominated by the faculty.

The display was started after the School of Dentistry moved into its new building in summer 2011. Former ASDA National President Adam Shisler, now a pediatric dentistry resident, was the first student honored.
