Parking in the Texas Medical Center for CE courses

Parking is available across the street from the Dental Branch in Garage 6 or at the end of the street in Garage 10. The parking garages are part of the Texas Medical Center (TMC), which use EasyPay Parking - a self pay system that allows visitors to pay by machine prior to exiting the facility. 2008-09 Parking Rates for 4-7 hours is $12.00. TMC parking facilities accept cash payments, American Express, MasterCard, Visa, Discover, Diners Club Intl. and Carte Blanch.

The current term of acceptance extends from 11/01/2007 to 12/31/2011. The University of Texas Dental Branch at Houston is a member of the Association for Continuing Dental Education.

Login Procedures for New and Returning Users

Registration Procedures for New DDS Dental Branch

Alumni Users:

Click on the course number for which you desire to register and you will be directed to a page which contains the logistics regarding the course. If this is the course you would like to register for, click on the Registration button in the middle of the page.  You will be directed to the Log-in and Registration page.  Dental Branch Alumni (Dentist only-at this time) will need to go to the bottom of the page to the First Time in the Community and click on Account Look-Up to create a Username (or login name) and a Password(will be the UT Student ID number – this is the “A” number you had as a student). You can then register and pay for the CE course.  Once your registration is complete you will receive an email confirmation of your registration. Please remember your Username and Password as you will need to use them for future registrations.


Registration Procedures for New Non-Dental Branch Alumni, and all Dental Auxiliaries (RDH, RDA, CDA, DA & CDT) Users:

Click on the course number for which you desire to register and you will be directed to a page which contains the logistics regarding the course. If this is the course you would like to register for, click on the Registration button in the middle of the page.  You will be directed to the Log-in and Registration page.  Under the first section proceed with transaction without logging into the community, click on “Create a non-member account” to register for the course. Once your registration is complete, you will receive an email confirmation of your registration. No data is saved for these registrations, therefore you will need to follow this same procedure for each subsequent registration.


Registration Procedures for DDS Dental Branch Alumni Users who already have a Username and Password:

Click on the course number for which you desire to register and you will be directed to a page which contains the logistics regarding the course.  If this is the course you would like to register for, you must register and pay for any CE course under the Already a Member Log-in using the Username(or login name) and Password you previously created.

As this is our first time to use the on-line registration system, there are some glitches we are trying to address in real-time.  This includes the inability to use one credit card to pay for registrations for multiple people within a 14-day period.  If you are trying to register multiple people using one credit card please CLICK HERE to download and print a registration form.  Complete form with credit card information and fax to 713-500-4037.  Our office will call you upon receipt of fax to confirm your registration.
