If ever
there was a reason to celebrate, this is it!
In 2005 Texas’ first dental school, The
University of Texas Dental Branch at Houston,
will be 100 years old. What an exciting year
we have planned to reflect on this time-honored
institution and its implications for our luminous
future.
And what a bash it
was. More than 500 people packed into the
George R. Brown Convention Center Friday night
Feb. 18, for The Reunion of the Century.

Brian Machart, D.D.S., Rita Cammarata, D.D.S.
and Howard Lomax, D.D.S., enjoy food, drinks
and laughs during the Centennial Bash. The
friends said they hadn’t seen each other
in some time and enjoyed the chance to catch
up on each others' lives.

for the construction of a new school, former
Dental Branch Dean Frederick C. Elliott, D.D.S.,
teamed up with the president of what major hospital
to share funding and materials for construction?
