Application Procedures

Our application is an online process.  The application is available April 1st through September 1st to apply to be considered for the following year, Fall semester; therefore those who applied April 1, 2009 through September 1, 2009 will be considered for acceptance for the incoming class of Fall 2010.  Our application is offline now and will be available April 1, 2010 for applications to be considered for Fall 2011.

Applications will be processed upon receipt of the following:

  • Application fee - $30.00
  • All college transcripts
  • Successful completion of Texas Success Initiative (TSI).
  • TOEFL test scores if applicable
  • Three (3) letters of recommendations from 2 Professors and 1 Employer using the institutional form provided.

The deadline for completed applications is September 1 of the year preceding expected enrollment.   If you are applying for the Online Degree Completion Program please call 713-500-4086 for application deadlines.

The Admissions Committee begins reviewing applications in November and continues their review until all positions are filled. All applicants will be notified of their standing by May 30.
