Dr. Urquiola-Graham got her pediatric training at the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor where she graduated as a Master in Science in Pedodontics.
Before joining academics Dr. Urquiola-Graham devoted herself to private practice in her natal Veracruz, Mexico. After that she joined the faculty team at Children’s Hospital of Michigan as a full time member. She strictly worked in the formation of residents on the specialty of Pediatric Dentistry.
She has experience in teaching residents in the specialty of pediatric dentistry. She is the director of the Greenspoint Dental Clinic where pediatric dental residents rotate and dental student go to get clinical experience treating children. She is also director of Quality Assurance and Risk Management for the Graduated Residents’ Program at Houston Medical Center.
Her main interest is Infant Oral health Care and dental education for the pregnant women.
