Verbal Judo: UTPD Presentation

Learn to use words as a force option to gain cooperation and respond to verbal assaults. This is an interactive class. Learn simple tactics to gain cooperation and collaboration, how to lessen stress in the workplace. Learn deflectors to insults. One-fourth of the class involves scenarios and actually using the tactics. "Verbal Judo" is the gold standard in police communications. PRE-REGISTRATION REQUIRED as class size is limited.
