Dental Admissions Committee

Purpose
as stated in the UTDB Bylaws
"The purpose of this committee, which shall be charged by
the Senate, shall be to recruit student applicants, to evaluate
their credentials and qualifications, to recommend those applicants
best suited for the study of dentistry to the Dean and to encourage
them to enroll at the Dental Branch."
Committee Charge
- Evaluate the credentials and qualifications of the student
applicants and make recommendations to the Dean
- Recruit student applicants to the Dental Branch
- Evaluate students for advanced standing
- Identify possible sources of scholarships and evaluate scholarship
applicants
