Infection Control Committee Charge
- Review and make recommendations regarding didactic course
material on infection and biohazard control topics in conjunction
with the Curriculum Committee
- Periodically review and update the infection control policies
for the prevention and control of infectious agents in the Dental
Branch clinics, research and clinical laboratories, and teaching
areas
- Review the infection control policies of all extramural dental
clinics through which Dental Branch students and other personnel
rotate
- Review and coordinate infection control training programs
for all Dental Branch employees
- Establish procedures for monitoring adherence and compliance
with such policies
