"The purpose of this committee, which shall be charged by the Senate, shall be to coordinate the student advisory system."

Committee Charge

• Develop policies governing the duties and responsibilities of Academic Advisors
• Develop and/or improve mechanisms to ensure maximal efficiency of the advisor system
• Review the Advisors Handbook annually
• Develop a system for training faculty as academic advisors
