2005 - 2006 Credentialing Committee

Purpose as stated in the UTDB Bylaws

The purpose of this committee, which shall be charged by the Dean, shall be to review and make recommendations in professional liability matters and for professional credentialing. This committee will report to the dean and the Senate.

Committee Charge

• Establish qualifications (education, training, experience, performance) of clinical faculty
• Review clinical faculty privileges based on predetermined departmental criteria, i.e., clinical procedures, which faculty may perform or supervise in the Dental Branch and extramural clinics
