2005 - 2006 Outcomes Assessment Committee

Purpose as stated in the UTDB Bylaws

The purpose of this committee, which shall be charged by the Dean and reports to the Dean, Administrative Council, Senate and Faculty Assembly, shall be to manage continuous outcomes assessment of the Dental Branch Institutional Mission, Goals and Objectives.

Committee Charge

• To coordinate the outcomes assessment process with the appropriate individuals and committees
• To identify measurable assessment activities for institutional objectives
• To assess the progress and achievement of institutional goals by monitoring and verifying assessment activities in a timely manner
• To report the results from the assessment process and accompanying recommendations to the faculty and staff in a timely manner
