If you receive the error below when trying to connect to the OMS Log application using Internet Explorer 6, please follow the instructions below to allow "cookies" to communicate with the application.
**NOTE: This will not affect your privacy settings for other websites other than OMFS.

1. In the browser menu, click on tools and then click "Internet Options" as shown in Fig. 1

2. Next, click on the "Privacy" tab in the "Internet Options" property menu as shown in Fig. 2. Once you are here, click on the "Edit" button in the bottom right of the privacy menu.

3. You should now be in the "Per Site Privacy Actions" menu as shown in Fig. 3. Please enter http://omfs.uth.tmc.edu in the text box labeled "Address of Web site" (just like in Fig. 3). Once you have entered the address, please click the "Allow" button.

4. Your menu should now look like what is shown in Fig. 4. If this is the case, please click the OK button on the menu.
5. Click OK to the previous menu as well and you should now be ready to logon to the application.
